Oxenfeld <br />RE: Case OUSR-489: 82:4; Proposed gravel mining and reclamation project; <br />3 1/2 miles NY7 of the Town of Firestone. <br />Dear Mr. Oxenfeld: <br />We are in receipt of the explanation and specifications regarding the above- <br />referenced proposal by Siegrist Construction Company of Denver, Colorado. <br />As you are aware, WYCO Pipeline Company has a recorded right of way easement <br />for pipeline purposes "on, over and through" the subject property, and in fact <br />has existing pipeline facilities installed thereon. <br />After reviewing Siegrist Construction Company's proposal, I have been advised <br />that there are some serious engineering problems which must be resolved between <br />your applicant and WYCO Pipeline Company, in addition to WYCO granting a <br />definement of its pipeline right of way, before any activity related [o the <br />proposed project can begin on land which is the subject of WYCO's easement. <br />Should any activity commence which might in any way jepordize WYCO's facilities, <br />we will, of course, take all necessary steps to protect the interests of our <br />Company. <br />By copy of this letter to the listed interested parties, we are advising youc <br />Applicant to contact Mr. H. C. Oliver of WYCO Pipeline Company (1-303-830-4778) <br />to resolve tl~e engineering problems as soon as possible, after which the right <br />of way definement can be properly addressed. <br />Very truly yours, <br />Harold A.
