I really do not think that a
passenger car has a chance against a clay truck.
1 do wonder if Acme Brick has spent any time or money and asked anyone in this area
what their concerns are. As long as they are within the law we do not matter. There is no
way anyone in this neighborhood is goir-g to benefit from this. Qur road is going to be
destroyed, someone is going to get hurt on Highway 86 and none of us is gaing to be able
to sell our properties at a fair price. Not much time for
people to get all the information they need to make a decision in a logical manner.
I already knave that I can't atop them no matter how hard I fight, but maybe this letter
will get someone to do the right thing and not make someone devise some Iaw that takes
years to compile. To bad Acme Brink can't even come up with a lousy letter to pacify
people. Maybe doing the right thing isn't in their vocabulary.
Thanks for listening because that is all I am probably going get from this letter.
Restfully, I ;y .-~ .
~L 2y.C tom: .~.:I %`..(Q /v
Rickie L.
