All disturbed areas shall have the topsoil stockpiled separately for <br />lath use in site reclamation. The topsoil shall be replaced and the areas <br />seeded and a vegetation harmonious with the area shall be established as <br />soon as possible after completion of the operation. <br />2. All disturbed areas shall~be reshaped and recontoured to conform with <br />the natural surroundings upon completion. All banks shall not exceed a <br />slope of 3:1, horizontal to vertical, <br />3. All earthwork shall blend with the adjacent terrain to minimize i• <br />aesthetic impacts. ~ <br />4. If the area results in a safety hazard to humans or animals, the open ~ <br />working out face of [fie pit area will be fenced until such time as the slte <br />is rehabilitated. <br />~ i <br />5. This bond shall be for the purpose of ensuring compliance <br />with the surface protection and reclamation stipulations set forth is the <br />permit. <br />9. During the mining operations, care shall be taken to look for the <br />existence of any cultural resources. If any are found, all mining operations. <br />will immediately cease, and the District BLM manager will be notified. <br />
