Dept. vi Ratur,! (leso~rce= <br />Thank you for your letter regarding the adequacy of our application <br />for the above-referenced pit. Our response is as follows: <br />Affected Lands <br />As you pointed out, there is an inconsistency in the affected lands <br />map. Please find enclosed four corrected copies. <br />Also, in order to allow the strip of land between the MPM (Nyholt) <br />property and Mann Lake to be disturbed, Mobile Premix requests <br />that the MLRB approves a partial permit transfer of Permit No. 77-525. <br />Exhibit D - Mining Plan <br />1. The intent of the• second sentence is that the total of all three <br />stages of mining is 32.7 acres more or less. <br />2. Mobile Premix will, as best as possible, try to save some of the <br />large trees alone the west portion of the site. <br />3. The house is owned by Mobile Premix. It is our intent to <br />donate the house to Adams County. Should they decide not to <br />accept our donation and have the house moved prior to mining, <br />it will be razed. <br />Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />1. Mobile Premix has worked with P.dams County in the design of the <br />proposed plan.
