permit does not allow vehicular use off of the designated
area, except for essential ingress and egress to and from
the permit area. All gates shall be left open or closed,

1. This permit is issued for the purpose specified above and
no other. Should the permittee use or attempt to use the
described land foc any other purpose, without written
permission from the Board of Land Commissioners, the
permission herein granted shall terminate at once.
9. The permittee shall execute a good and sufficient bond, with
suceties to be approved by the said State Hoard of Land
Commissioners, for the payment of rentals due the grantor, and
the faithful performance of all the covenants and agreements as
provided herein.
5. That no assignment of this permit shall be valid unless it shall
have been entered upon records of and approved by the State
Hoard of Land Commissioners and payment of assignment
consideration made. Any assignment of this permit shall in no
way release the permittee from liability to the grantor.
6. Subleasing all or any part of the permitted premises for any
purpose during any part of the term of the permit unless
authorized by the StateBoard of Land Commissioners in writing,
shall be cause for cancellation at any time.
7. Upon the termination of this permit, either by expiration of its
term, or by failure of the permittee to comply with the
conditions thereof, the permittee agrees to fill, reshape and
restore all drill holes and excavations remove all structures
and installations of any kind and to restore the land, as near
as practicable, to its original condition.
