The data used in the assessment consist of the best information <br />available at the time of preparation of this WQA package. <br />II. Water Quality <br />Twentymile Coal Company dischazges mine water to Fish Creek. These waters fall under the <br />definition of Segment 13b of the Yampa River Basin "Mainstem of Foidel Creek, including all <br />• tributaries and wetlands. Mainstem Fish Creek, including all tributaries from County Road 27 <br />downstream to the confluence with Trout Creek.
