Part II. Data Recovery, Requirements <br />•1. A data recovery plan will be followed (see Impacts to Site and Mitigation <br />of Impacts). <br />2. The data recovery plan will 6e conducted by a qualified archaeologist. <br />3. The data recover program will provide for adequate personnel, facilities, <br />and equipment to fully implement the recovery plan. <br />4, The data recovery program will insure that full, accurate and <br />intellegible records will be made and maintained of all field <br />observations and operations, including, but not limited to, the test <br />excavations and recording techniques, strati9raphic and/or associational <br />relationships where appropriate ,and significant environmental <br />relationships. <br />5. Adequate provision will be made for modification of the data recovery <br />plan to cope with unforeseen discoveries or other unexpected <br />circumstances. <br />6. One hundred and eighty days after the completion of the data recovery <br />plan, a preliminary report will be submitted to the SHPO and the Bureau <br />of Land Management. <br />7, Ownership of the materials then recovered, after they have been analyzed <br />for the final report. will remain with the Department of the Interior. <br />Storage and curation will be at Ftesa College. <br />•8. Documentation of the condition and significance of 5GF1147 and 5GF742 <br />after data recovery will be provided to the Bureau of Land Management and <br />SHPO for forwarding to the National Register of Historic Places. <br />9. The final report will be made available to the SHPO, the State <br />Archaeologist, and the Departmental Consulting Archaeologist of the <br />Department of the Interior. <br />4 <br /> <br />
