The haul route for removal of the clay materials shall be through Fort <br />Carson and shall not utilize Pueblo County roadways. Any use of an <br />alternate haul route using Pueblo County roads shall require an <br />amendment to the Special Use Permit. <br />2. The applicant shall obtain all necessary State and Federal permits for <br />the mining activity including, but not limited to, an emissions permit <br />and a reclamation permit. Copies of all such permits shall be provided <br />to the Department of Planning and Development within 30 days of <br />issuance. <br />3.
