YITYBSSETH: Lessor, for and in consideration of the sum of forty-three
thousand forty hundred fifty-four and 251100 Dollars (f43.454.25), receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged as payment of the filing fee in the amount of

of 143.200.00, and in further consideration of Lessee'c aareemant to
