Piltingamd <br />Legal Assistants <br />Please be advised that this office represents the above-referenced corporation in connection with <br />the permitting and establishment of a rock quarry in the Parkdale area in Fremont County, <br />Colorado. The principals of Agile Stone Systems, Inc. (William H. Fehr and Mitchell E. Albert) <br />ask that the undersigned provide an opinion as to their access to the subject property from <br />Highway 50. <br />In that regard, enclosed please find copies of a License Agreement, as well as a Privilege of <br />Purchase Contract involving these parties, their predecessors, and the subject property.
