1 <br />,_ <br />i <br />8. The Board held the Final Hearing in this matter on July 27, 1999, in Denver, <br />Colorado. The Division attended as staff to [he Board <br />9. At the Final Hearing, the Board decide! not to adopt the pre-hearing order because no <br />objector parties were in attendance and the schedule was unnecessary. Because no objectors were <br />present, the issues to be considered by the Board were supported only by the original written <br />comments submitted by [he objecting parties. <br />10. In consideration of the original written objections and the recommendation rationale <br />and adequacy statements of the Division, the Board firds that: <br />A. The M-99-021 permit application adequately addresses any possible effects <br />on quantity of ground water and affects on off-site structures. <br />B. The M-99-021 permit applicati an reclamation plan is adequate under the <br />applicable statute and regulations. <br />I I.
