Effluent Limitations <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this pemtit and lasting through October 31, 2001, the permittee is <br />authorized to discharge from outfalls 007, 009, O10, 012, 013 and 014 -the surface runoff outfalls; and outfall 011 -the <br />mine water outfall; to the North Fork of the Gunnison River, Hubbard Creek, Sanborn Creek and Elk Crrxk. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Cotnmission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 10.1.3, and <br />Regulations for State Dischazge Permit System, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted discharge shall not <br />contain effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified <br />flow limitation. <br />(a) Outfells 007. 009. 010. 012. 013 and 014 <br />Effluent Parameter <br />Flow, MGD <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/f <br />Total Iron, mglf <br />Outfalls 007, 009, 010 <br />Outfalls 012, O13, Ol4 <br />• Settleable Solids, me/e <br />Oil and Grease, mg/f <br />pH, s.u.
