Storm Exemocion - Discharge points 007, 009, 010, 012 and 013 (Cont.) <br />In addition, if discharge occurs as a result of the 10-year, 24-hour storm volume beir. <br />exceeded and the permittee wishes to claim an exemption from technology based effluent <br />limitations, the permittee shall submit, within 5 days of the said discharge, <br />documentation that the facilities were maintained co contain or treat the previously <br />specified volumes. The permittee must also submit documentation of the storm even[, <br />including the precipitation recorded at the closest official precipitation gauge <br />station (or the permictee's own gauge), the volume of storm runoff produced and the <br />steps taken to maintain tzeacment and minimize the amount of overflow. <br />All data/documentation required by this section vhich can not be reported on applicabi: <br />discharge monitoring report forms (DMA's) shall be reported in Letter form as an <br />attachment to the DMA. <br />Submittal of documentation of containment, maintenance and precipitation records above <br />does not exempt the permictee from the notification requirements of Part II.A.3 of ch__ <br />permit. <br />4. Acute WET Tescine-Outfall 011 <br />(a) Testine and Reoortine Recuirements <br />Tests shall be done at the frequency listed in Part I.B.L. Test results shall be <br />• reported along with the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMA) submitted for the <br />reporting period during which the sample was taken. (i.e., WET testing results for <br />the first calendar quarter ending March 31 shall be reported with the DMR due Apr:: <br />28.) The results shall be submitted on the Acute Toxicity Test report form. <br />available from the Division. Copies of these reports are to be submitted co both <br />the Division and EPA along with the DMA. <br />The permittee shall conduct each acute WET test in general accordance with methods <br />described in Methods for Measuring the Acute Toxicicv of Effluents and Receivine <br />Waters co Freshwater and Marine Organisms, EPA/600/4-90/027 or the most currant . <br />edition, except as modified by the most currane Division guidance document entitle= <br />Guidelines for Conductive Whole Effluent Toxicicv Tests. The permittee shall <br />conduct an acute 48-hour WET test using Ceriodaohnia sp., and an acute 96-hour WE; <br />test using fathead minnows.
