It is <br />likely these unauthorized castle are crossing over from private land tTract 41). The Forest Service <br />wishes to address the removal of the trespass cattle by having the adjacent private landowner improve <br />and build enough fencing to prcvenl the cattle From crossing over onto NF5 lands, including the <br />Topaz Mountain Gem Mine. The claimant has agreed that his fence (found between the private <br />parcel and steep hillside behind the operating area) will be removed from National Forest System <br />lands once the private landowners Fence has been fixed, and is sufficient to keep the castle off of his <br />mining operations and out of th claimant's developed spring.
