The plant site has
been relocated. Mining progression is West to East, disturbing
five acre parcels at a time with contemporaneous reclamation.
The 20 acre parcels shown depict the annual mining progression.
Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs
Stockpiles will be located on the plant site, as shown on the
Mining Plan Map. Reclamation costs include scarifying,
topsoiling, seeding, and mulching the 8 acre plant site. In
addition, overburden stockpile locations are shown along the
western border where overburden will be used as a mitigating
effect for visual impact if required by the County. Cost to
reclaim the overburden sites is included in the reclamation costs
previously submitted. The plant site has been reduced by 1/3
acre - same amount of overbuuden stockpile land area.
Engineering $ Environmental Services
~~
o~ r~'
••Y\
