The type of use is industrial and the <br />amount of water is 5.0 c.f.s. <br />7. As indicated above, we have been advised, verbally, that <br />no 404 Permit is going to be necessary and this, again, <br />can be verified by you with the Corps, should we not have <br />the information at the time of the hearing. <br />8.
