• DESCRIPTION OF RIGHTS TO ENTER AND EXPLORE <br /> The sites to be affected during the Fish Creek 1983 Exploration Program are <br /> shown on the Surface and Coal Ownership Maps in the Appendix. Specifically, the maps <br /> show ownership of the surface where drilling will occur, ownership of the surface over <br /> which access will be gained, ownership of adjoining lands, ownership of the coal to be <br /> drilled, and ownership of coal within 500 feet of the proposed operation locations. <br /> The Program will be carried out in the following areas of Routt County, <br /> Township 5 North, Range 86 West, Sixth P.M.: Sections 2, 3, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 1`6, <br /> 17, 21, 22 and 23. <br /> Owners of the surface where operations will occur are: (1) the State of Colorado, <br /> (2) Gulf Oil Corporation, (3) Kenneth and Ethel Ashley, (4) Wilton, Harold, Raymond <br /> and Leon Earle, and (5) Colorado Yampa Coal Company. Owners of the surface to be <br /> crossed for access to the drill sites are: (1) the State of Colorado, (2) Gulf Oil <br /> Corporation, (3) Kenneth and Ethel Ashley, (4) the Denver & Rio Grande Western <br /> • Railroad, (5) Wilton, Harold, Raymond and Leon Earle, and (6) Colorado Yampa Coal <br /> Company. Verifications of P&M's right of entry are included in the Appendix. <br /> Owners of the coal are: (1) the State of Colorado (leased to P&M, state lease <br /> #265/13S), (2) Arthur and Marie Louise Gregory (80 percent of Section 16, portions of <br /> Section 15 & 17), and (3) Gulf Oil Corporation (20 percent of Section 16, portions of <br /> Sections 15 & 17).
