Hauling equipment shall be cleaned of loose material t'p pre- <br />vent sci'_ling en the highways. <br />13. T`:e operator shall conform to all current Federal, State ar.d <br />Ccuntf regulations concerning noise levels. The operation <br />should be conducted so that any noise produced is not objec- <br />tionable due to intensity, intermittance, beat and rhythm, <br />frequency or shrillness to the surrounding areas. <br />14. To prevent sediment from entering the wildcat Gulch drainage, <br />the operator shall erect filter drains in wildcat Gulch as <br />approved by the Jefferson County Engineering Department. No <br />pollutants from the quarry operation shall enter local <br />drainages. <br />15. The operator shall stockpile overburden for later use in the <br />reclamation efforts. <br />16. The operator should destroy the least practicable amount of <br />wildlife habitat during the life of the quarry operation <br />and shall carry out the reclamation plan with the intent <br />of encouraging the re-establishment of certain wildlife <br />communities. <br />17, The operator shall construct and maintain fire breaks around <br />the quarry and take particular care not to start or be the <br />cause of starting a wildfire in the surrounding woodlands. <br />18. The operator shall post the periphery of the quarry with <br />signs warning of the operation and shall restrict public <br />access. <br />19. Main access to the site shall be the haul road entering the <br />quarry from Deer Creek Canyon Road. <br />
