For a_i transmissivity calculations, the following
assumptions apply:
1) The "aquifer" must be fully developed.
2) The well must fully penetrate the aquifer.
3) The transmissivity must be less than 50,000
gallons per day per foot.
4) The aquifer must not be unconfined.
The formation transmissivities and permeabilities
as determined from testing are shown in Table 2.
