M-2004-078 stability analysis (non-engineer stuff), that I made <br />note of. It is attached. If you disagree with any of the items as a result of your review, let me know. <br />Also, CDOT (Joe Intermill) called and they are very concerned about the proximity of the pit to Hwy 85. According to the <br />applicant, all mining off-sets are from the easements (although it is not clear to me in their analysis or text in the <br />application). In the case of CDOT, the easement is the fence line which Joe says is 20 feet from the road. So added to <br />the 25' off set distance, that would be 45 feet.
