Application <br />1. Reclamation Plan shows that the area will be reclaimed to a combination <br />grass and shrub seed mix. This is not considered barren ground. <br />B. Mining Plan <br />1. If there is no topsoil on this site, why is some stripping and clearing <br />necessary4 <br />C. Wildlife Statement <br />1. States that all remaining topsoil should be stockpiled in this sagebruah- <br />oak comtaunity. <br />D. S.C.S. Statement <br />1. After reviewing the area, Mr. Stanley Woodyard states t1~'~t it will be <br />necessary to store the topsoil removed to get to the underlying gravel. <br />E. Soils Data <br />1. States that typically, the surface layer is from 6-8 inches in depth for <br />these soil types. <br />
