That the use of the tract of land comply with all present <br />and future regulations of Garfield County in the zone district in <br />which the property is now or may later be located. <br />2. That, prior to the issuance of the authorized special use <br />permit, but in no event later than six months from the adoption of <br />this resolution, the applicant shall present evidence demonstrating <br />to the satisfaction of the Board that either (1) the County roads <br />affected by the proposed operations will be improved to the extent <br />and in such manner that those roads shall be able to withstand <br />anticipated traffic loads and volume, or (2) that direct access to <br />Interstate Highway 70 will be available to the proposed industrial <br />operation in order that such traffic related to the proposed operation <br />will not traverse any County road prior to entering upon Interstate <br />Highway 70. <br />3.
