From the <br />information that has been given to us it appears as though it's a <br />10-day, it's arguably a 10-day permit. My problem is, you know I <br />can't assure you of that myself without seeing the documents, <br />but what- I don't know- I'm sorry to have been out in the hall, <br />I was attempting to obtain a document I had prepared for the Board <br />from my office. I don't know what you've told the Board as far <br />as what people have told you what the operator has said, but, or <br />whether or not he's writing the rest of the contract, but what's <br />been given to me appears to meet the basic criteria of the statute. <br />2indahl:. One of your objections was the effective date of the contract, wasn't <br />it? <br />Obernyer: Right. Now what I've understood from what's been told (to) me was <br />that it was a situation such as you mentioned where there was no <br />effective date as far as when the gentlemen had to start to work. <br />What they were attempting to say was that, according to the infor- <br />mation Rade gave me, this is only hearsay, from the people at the <br />FAA, that this, sometime in spring when the weather changes, the <br />FAA is going to [turn] shut down the airport. The Nielson's at <br />
