How are we <br />deciding that this amendment relates to 1973, gravel pits <br />which were in operation before July 1, 1976, let's phrase it <br />that `way. How does this affect those? <br />Ward: I'm not sure I can answer, I'm afraid I can't. <br />Turner: <br />Well, I hope that it means those that go back to '73, because <br />in this case we were talking about 3 or 4, something on that <br />order. <br />Brown: Is this going to set a precedent for Brannan Sand and Gravel, <br />tho', who maybe has SO pits and what are they going to do? <br />Can they even comply if they've traded that land, or sold it, or <br />
