[that's the vegetation in] the pit area and <br />the surrounding area. <br />Ward: This in effect would be potentially a 10-acre area in a matirx <br />of sagebrush that would be put then to grazing use with the sage- <br />brush not coming back on its own then, perhaps in part, <br />Turner: Rade, when you said 40 feet above the river, you meant 40 vertical? <br />Orell: Yes. <br />Turner: So there is no effect on the[wall] or anything getting back into <br />the river? <br />Orell: No. <br />Ward: How far was it from the river? Is it next to the river? <br />Orell: What is it, the approximate miles, Chris? I'm not sure. <br />offsinger: Oh, it's maybe 1/2 (approximately) 3/4 mile from the river. <br />Turner: So it's out of the floodplain? <br />offsinger: Oh, yes. <br />
