I have high regard for <br />these people because their record shows they're <br />successful. <br />They have done an incredibler piece of <br />work for the past three or four years. Thew mad- 50 <br />or 60 million dollars. 2 think that's success, so <br />that's another point. <br />The main point I want to emphasize <br />here very briefly is the watershed. See, the <br />Department of Agriculture and thanks to the good work <br />by Gus Gomez, there's a map there, but how we can do <br />an overlay of that map is going to be -- what we <br />need is additional work and study. <br />One question that comes to my mind is <br />that we have an isolated aquifer. That aquifer is <br />drained. How does the aquifer get replenished? <br />Maybe there's no contamination going out of it, but <br />there's some other very serious concerns because the <br />San Luis Ditch is decreed the number one priority <br />water rights in the State of Colorado for <br />agriculture and domestic use. <br />We want to preserve and protfect these <br />rights, and moving on down here, the adjudic^ation is <br />very questionable because, say, some guy down 15 <br />
