We welcome safe mining, clean mining.
I'm just about done here.
Please consider consulting other
Federal and State agencies. I think we should talk
to the EPA. What do they think about, them
personally, about the Environmental Impact Statement?
Maybe they could get the 1976 file.
I think we should talk to the
Department of Agriculture. Is their watershed map
exactly where it is because there sort of seems like
the survey points might be questionable.
So let's really make sure that what
is now 2,200 acres -- my dad's farm over here in San
Francisco -- let's start talking acres, and all of a
sudden it has a bigger impact.
So we have to have the
environmental -- hopefully the EPA will at least dig
out the 1976 file as well as the Department of
Health because they already have a file on fhe place
anyway. It's never been cleared up.
So maybe the Federal agencies and
other State agencies, the Colorado Departmennt of
Health gets that file out for review because the
Earth Sciences are the owners.
In due respect to Battle Mountain Gold
