What assurance is the mine compan}r giving <br />(that there will not be leach pad leaks? <br />What assurance do we have that our <br />(school is safe? <br />What assurance do the children of San <br />Luis have that their life and their education would <br />not be disrupted? <br />How would the mine handle the flow of <br />water, flood waters, in the mining area? <br />Is there an emergency evacuation plan? <br />What safeguard is the company planning <br />in the usage and storage of toxic chemicals? <br />'Cyanide, in particular. <br />And who would clean up the toxic <br />'spills? <br />~ Will the drinking water for our <br />children remain pure and clean? <br />After careful review of these problems <br />and many unanswered questions, from my point of view, <br />the safest avenue would be to relocate the Leach pads <br />and place them in a safer area, outside of the flood <br />plain. <br />
