1. Breakthrough Plan
1. When a breakthrough is required, reasoning,
procedures and expectations will be formulated
into a plan by the Ventilation Review Committee,
prior to breaking through into another set of
mains oc submains.
2. Mining will be done under the direct and con- .
stant supervision of a certified person familiar _
with this plan and the affected area of the
mine.
3. Examinations for hazardous conditions will be
made by the certified person prior to and after ,,,
the air splits are interconnected.
4. One working section will not break through to
the ventilation system of another working sec-.
tion.
5. Return entries will only be broken through t_o,_.__ _
