Incorporated as part of this permit are the following: Application for Access Permit dated August 10, 2000 <br />(Form No. 137) and attachments, Permit Pages 101a and 1016, Permit Poses 1 through 3, EXHIBIT A, <br />EXHIBTI' B, EXHIBIT C, Colorado Department of Transportation ivi and S Standards M-203-1 607-1, M- <br />210-1 and pages 16 and 17 from a Guide for Erecting Mail boxes on Highways by the American Association <br />of State Highway and Transportation Officials. <br />24. If necessary, minor changes, corrections andfor additions to this permit shall be ordered by the Maintenance <br />Foreman or other CDOT representative [o meet unanticipated site conditions. <br />25. No constmction work will be allowed within [he highway tight-of-way on Saturdays, Sundays, legal holidays <br />or during periods of inclement weather. <br />26. All work shall cease within the highway right-of-way one (I) hour before sunset and will not begin until one <br />(l) hour after sunrise. <br />27. In the event i[ becomes necessary to remove any right-of-way fence, the posts on either side of the access shall <br />be securely braced with approved end posts and bracing in conformance with M-607-1, before the fence is cut <br />to prevent slacking of the remaining fence. All posts and wire removed shall be returned to the maintenance <br />shop, at the direction oC the local Maintenance Foreman. <br />28. The applicant is hereby notified that a fencing agreement with the Department is required For any decorative <br />fence that is erected within the highway right-of-way. Please contact Mr. Darrel Lowder, Region 5 Senior <br />Right-Of--Way Agent at 3803 Nonh Main Avenue, Suite 300, Durango, Colorado 81301, or call (970) 385- <br />L400 within sixty (60) days of this permit transmittal dare. <br />29. All existing right-of-way markers shall be protected during corswction of [his access. Any damage to these <br />markers shall require resetting by a Colorado Professional Land Surveyor. <br />30. The Permittee Htust notify owners or operators of underground utility facilities at least two (2) business days <br />prior to making or beginning excavations in the vicinity of such facilities, az requtred under Section 9-I.5-103, <br />Colorado Revised Statutes. Call Utility Notification Center of Colorado (UNCC), 1-800-922-1987 for <br />mazking of member utilities. Call Non-member utilities directly. <br />3l. The Permittee shall be responsible for verification of existing utility locations. If any damage occurs to these <br />utilities during construction, i[ shall be the Permittee's responsibility to repair or replace the utility at no cost to <br />the department. <br />32. The Permittee shall record a true and correct copy of this permit at the Saguache County Cottn House upon <br />issuance by the Department of Transportation.
