EXHIBIT C - MINING PLAN
All proposed mining will be from underground workings
relative to the Hopemore Shaft. Current data from recently
conducted exploration indicates our mining will be conducted
below an elevation of 11,000 ft. and above an elevation of
10,650 ft. Both fissure vein type and bedded replacement
type ores will be mined. No surface subsidence is
anticipated.
The general configuration of ore bodies in the Breece
Hill Area as described in records of past production and
results of our own exploration indicate relatively small ore
bodies of three to twenty feet thick in most cases, which
frequently occur with strike lengths of up to 200 feet.
Production of ore is scheduled to begin in April, 1990
and will continue for at least 12 years. Additional
exploration will be conducted concurrent with ore production
until the limits of economic production can be defined.
Some geophysical exploration from surface is planned,
possibly to be followed by core drilling from surface. Only
light truck-mounted equipment is necessary, and drill holes
will be plugged and site reclamation completed as soon as
practical after completion of drilling. If more than one
drill site is necessary, final reclamation of a prior drill
site will be completed before starting work from a future
site.
