from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd (the "Board") to conduct the extraction of construction materials operations
in 0.n ~ County. The attached information is being provided to notify you of the location and nature
of the proposed o eration. The entire application is on file with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division") and the
local county clerk or recorder.

The applicantloperator proposes to reclaim the affected land to A)-n rc~ e 1'A n ~ ~b R ~.V ; ~rt ~ i ~P use. Ptusuant to
Section 34-32.5-116(4)(m), CRS., the Boazd may confer with the local Board of County Commissioners before approving of
the post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the proposed operation Please note that,
in order to preserve your right to a hearing before the Boazd on this application, you must submit written comments on the
application within [weary (20) days of the date of last publication of notice pursuant to Section 34-32.5-112(10), C.RS.
