The attached information is being provided to notify you of the location <br />and nature f th peo r~l oposed opera[ion. The entire application is on file with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division") <br />and the local county clerk or recorder. {~ ' / <br />The applicanUoperator proposes to reclaim the affected land to A Po N ~ ~c+r lhl I Ir1 ~ i ~P. use. Pursuant to <br />Section 34-32.5-116(4){m), C.RS., the Boazd may wafer with the local Soil Conservation Districts before approving of the <br />post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board wouid appreciate your comments on the proposed operation.
