The overall topography at the proposed site is relatively flat lying with less than 15 to 18 feet <br /> of relief across the entire site from the northwest corner to the southeast comer of the site. As <br /> stated in 1 (b)above,the site vegetation is homogeneous across the proposed area of <br /> operations and on adjacent areas with no particular affect due to topographic elevation or soil <br /> type. <br />
