W. Temporary pazking area and interior roads shall be graveled and a dust suppressant will be <br />required to be applied, if necessary. <br />CONTINGENCIES <br />The following items shall be provided to the Department of Planning and Zoning, within six (6) <br />months (with no extensions) after final approval by the Boazd of County Commissioners: <br />1. Documentation from the Florence Fire Protection District as to an acceptance of the fire plan <br />or that a fire plan is not required. <br />2. Documentation from the Weed Control Officer as to acceptance of the plan andlor <br />compliance with any additional requirements or recommendations. <br />Statements in notes 2 & 4, on the site plan shall be corrected, as they ate inconsistent as to <br />whether there aze buildings proposed. <br />4. The first part of the statement, in note #3, on the site plan shall be removed or re-written, as <br />there aze drainages within the mining azea that will be affected. <br />5. Bearings and dimensions of the 30 foot ingress-egress easement shall be shown on the site <br />plan. <br />6. The ingress-egress easement shall state that it includes ingress-egress for mining, from <br />assignees. <br />The Boazd of County Commissioners waived the following: <br />1. Surfacing: Surfacing for all business, commercial or industrial off-street pazking azeas shall be <br />graded and surfaced to control dust and provide proper drainage. Spaces shall be asphalt or <br />concrete surface unless waived by the Boazd. If asphalt or concrete, spaces shall be cleazly <br />mazked. Curbs or barriers shall be installed to prevent parking vehicles from extending over <br />any lot lines. <br />2. Lighting: All off-street business, commercial or industrial pazking spaces may be required to <br />be adequately lighted to protect the safety of the individuals using the area. Said lighting shall <br />not cast any glaze on the surrounding properties. <br />Landscaping: Al] parking spaces (azeas) used for business, commercial or industrial uses may <br />be required to provide appropriate vegetation designed to break up the expanse of the pazking <br />area. <br />The resolution granting the authority for the Conditional Use Permit will be submitted io the Boazd <br />of County Commissioners for their signature at their next regulaz meeting, scheduled for Apri124, <br />2007. The applicant and/or a representative are NOT required to attend this meetine. The <br />resolution will not be recorded until the above contingencies are submitted by October 10, 2007. <br />A copy of the recorded resolution will be mailed to you upon receipt from the County Clerk & <br />Recorder. <br />CUP 06-004 Beedle Quarry BOCC Comment Letter Page of 4 of 4 <br />
