5. To keep the leased premises at all times clear of trash, rubbish, or junk, unless <br />prevented by extraordinary conditions or temporary breakdown of equipment. <br />6. To conduct its Gravel Mining Operation and related activities in accordance <br />with the laws of the United States or the State of Colorado, or the ordinances of Mesa <br />County, Colorado. <br />7. To provide the Lessor, during the term of this Lease, certificates of insurance <br />showing that the Lessee has in full force and effect public liability and property damage <br />insurance with and insurance company acceptable to Lessor with the following minimum <br />coverage: <br />Workman's Compensation Statutory Amount <br />Public Liability $1,000,000.00 <br />Comprehensive, General and Auto Liability $1,000,000.00 <br />Blanket All Risk Property Coverage $1,000,000.00 <br />8. At the termination of this Lease, to leave the Leased Property in an orderly and <br />clean condition conforming to the requirements of the reclamation plan approved by, or as <br />thereafter amended by, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />9. To pay all personal property taxes on the personal property of the Lessee in <br />and about the Leased Property. <br />10. Not to cause or suffer or allow any lien, judgment, levy, or attachment to be <br />placed upon the Leased Property of the Lessor by reason of any actions of the Lessee of any <br />nature or kind. <br />11. To submit monthly reports showing the quantity of materials removed; to keep <br />strict and accurate records of materials removed; and to permit Lessor to examine mining <br />procedures and check books and records, all as provided in Paragraph II hereof. <br />12. To provide, at Lessee's sole expense, any reclamation bond required by the <br />State of Colorado relative to the mining operations on the Leased Property. <br />V. S TRFA RI HTS OF LE <br />Lessee may remove and dispose of all brush, trees, undergrowth, and other vegetation <br />from the Leased Properly as may be reasonably necessary to explore for materials or to <br />locate roads, pits, quarries, stockpile azeas, and/or buildings and equipment. <br />Lessee may erect moveable or temporary buildings and install machinery and <br />equipment as maybe useful in connection with its Gravel Mining Operation. <br />
