Please find the enclosed notification of intent to mine construction material in Fremont County.
Ranch Land LLC wishes to reserve the option of operating a wash plant if necessary to meet
the needs of a client. The deed for the proposed site is provided, proving Ranch Land LLC has
substantial water rights. The applicant understands that in the event water is needed for this
operation, water will be purchased from an appropriate supplier and hauled to the site or
appropriate water application, conversion and augmentation issues will need to be addressed.
Again, Ranch Land LLC does not know if it will ever need to operate a wash plant. At this
paint of the operation, Ranch Land LLC is simply asking for the privilege of the option,
understanding the complex nature of water use in Colorado. Ranch Land LLC will comply with
all water regulations in the event a wash plant is necessary.
Respectfully submitted,
Angela M. Bellantoni
