Rudnik: <br />- File No. 83-1 <br />83-2 <br />83-3 <br />I have reviewed the response to my first adequacy letter submitted to our <br />office on February 4, 1983, from Mr. Kevin Hoyer. I have the following <br />questions/comments which are intended to bring these three permits into <br />compliance with the law (C. R.S. 1973, 34-32-101 et sec.). Please address <br />each item in detail prior to the February 23-24, 1983, Board meeting. <br />A. Cecil 11-34-49 Pit, File No. 83-1 <br />~ ~ Exhibit B - Mining Plan <br />\Z <br />~ \~~ `a,~ 41hat seed mixture does the operator plan to seed the topsoil <br />stockpile with? 41hat rate and how (i.e. drill or broadcast) will the <br />stockpile be seeded? <br />Exhibit C - Mining Plan Map <br />a. A mining plan map, as specified and described in my letter of <br />January 7, 1983 (page 2, points 1 and 2 of C. Exhibit C - Mining Plan <br />Map) is still required. <br />Exhibit D - Wildlife Information <br />A site-specific inventory for wildlife as specified in my <br />~~~' letter of January 7, 1983 (page 3, point 1 of D. Exhibit D - lildlife,...), <br />is still required. <br />Asite-specific inventory for threatened and endangered wildlife <br />species, as specified in my above referenced letter is still required. <br />Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />~~ \~3 ~` a. Please describe how the operator plans to return 8" of topsoil <br />L~~~ when 12" are to be salvaged. IJhat does the operator propose to do <br />with the remaining 4" of topsoil?
