I have reviewed the response to my first adequacy letter submitted to our
office on February 4, 1983, from Mr. Kevin Hoyer. I have the following
questions/comments which are intended to bring these three permits into
compliance with the law (C. R.S. 1973, 34-32-101 et sec.). Please address
each item in detail prior to the February 23-24, 1983, Board meeting.

Map) is still required.
Exhibit D - Wildlife Information
A site-specific inventory for wildlife as specified in my

is still required.
Asite-specific inventory for threatened and endangered wildlife
species, as specified in my above referenced letter is still required.
Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan
