.[reining facility to the manhole north of the bathhouse facility. Approximately 130 feet of water line will be buried
¢feet deep and extend from the water supply line east of the main office to the proposed site. Conduit, power line,
• and communication lines will also be buried to service this facility. An existing berm southeast of the engineering
trailer will be graded to the south to accommodate the new training facility. The existing ditch along the
southwestern edge of the employee parking likewise will be moved to the west to divert surface flow from the
mantrip parking lot into ditch D-4. The retreated ditch will be lined with belting for its entire length.
The concrete, building, and walkway will be demolished when no longer required and disposed of on site.
Water Line
A proposed high-density polyethylene water line will extend from Location 6 to the south side of the Operations
center. The water line is a 6" l-IDPE and will be buried a minimum of six feet.
Two hydrants (Mueller 4 %z) will be installed above the surface to access the new water line. The hydrants will be
removed when no longer required.
Access Water Line
A proposed high-density polyethylene water line will extend from Location 6 to the East Side of the main office
and then continue to the South Side of the Operations center. The water line is 4" in diameter and will be buried six
feet beneath the surface.
One hydrant will be installed above the surface to access the new water line. The hydrant will be removed when no
longer required.
• Batchway Water Line
A proposed high-density polyethylene water line will extend from the Batchway towards the stack tube for
approximately 500 feet. The water line is 4" in diameter and will be buried six feet beneath the surface.
No apparatuses will be installed above the surface.
Telephone Pole and Cable Addition
Ten new telephone poles are planned for installation along the existing gravel road entrance onto the mine site from
county road 27. Each of these poles is 30 feet in length and will support an additional 4400 feet of communication
lines to service the TCC facility. The project design suggests 6 to 14 new telephone poles as a possibility, but all
present plans and figures are based on ten poles only.
The additional telephone poles will be removed when no longer needed.
Prep_Plant Storage Building
A storage building is proposed for storage of materials and equipment for use at the prep plant. This building will
be wnstructed approximately 4 feet south of the overland belt and 200 feet east of the prep plant. The foundation
for this building will consist of sixteen 16-inch diameter concrete piers poured in place and 6 feet deep. A 6-inch
reinforced concrete floor will be poured on top of these piers with dimensions of 30' 6" by 42' 2". The building
will be wood and steel frame with metal siding. Dimensions of the building are 30'6" by 42'2" by 22' higfi.
