The New Thornton Facility is located approximately South of 104`" Ave. and the S.
Platte River, east and west of the river in Adams County, Colorado {Figure 1). A site
plan, including an outline of stonnwater drainage areas, structural control measures
and surface water bodies is presented in Figure 2.
