RULE 2 PERMITS <br />• <br />2.01 PERMITS - GENERAL REQUIREI'IENTS <br />2.01.1 Sc <br />This Section establishes the minimum general requirements for permits <br />required to operate off-site loadout facilities not in conjunction with <br />a specific coal mining operation. The objective of this Section is to <br />ensure that these operations make timely applications for permits, and <br />that all operations are continued only under permits issued in <br />accordance with the requirements of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining <br />Reclamation Act and regulations promulgated thereunder. <br />2.O1.Z General Requirements for Existing Operations <br />The information contained within this application is designed to effect <br />• compliance with the Regulations of the approved Colorado program. <br />Therefore, the format of this application has been developed to follow <br />the requirements of the Colorado Regulatory Program. As required, TCC <br />is filing this application with the Division to comply with the <br />applicable provisions of Rules 2 and 4. <br />2.01.3 General Requirements for Permits for All Surface Coal Minin <br />Operations <br />C <br />TCC has prepared this application in compliance with the applicable <br />requirements of Rules 2 and 4 of the approved Colorado program. <br />1.4 Permit Requirements for New Surface Coal Mining and Reclamation <br />Operations <br />Operations planned to be conducted at TCC coal loadout facility are <br />contained herein and will be conducted in accordance with rules 2 and 4. <br />2.01-1 <br />
