The areas <br />that will be a££ected are shown by colored portions on the map. <br />Any direct damage that occurs to the structures and lines due to <br />subsidence and that will require repair will be paid for by Northern <br />Coal Company. The lines will be monitored closely by Northern Coal <br />Company during actual subsidence activity and if any problems occur, <br />White River Electric will be notified immediately. <br />Also, a certain section of the line will have to be moved to provide <br />room for the excavation for the P-Seam and J-Seam portals. The <br />design for this will have to be approved by White River Electric, <br />and the costs will have to be paid by Northern Coal Company. <br />Your tr y, <br />e M.
