<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises above bargained and described,
<br />with the appurtenances, unto the said parties of the second Dart, the
<br />survivor of themi their assigns and the heirs and assigns of such
<br />survivor forever; subject to easements and restrictions of record,
<br />unrecorded easements, claims of easements or encroachments, if any,
<br />and building or zoning laws and ordinances; and subject further to:
<br />1. All reservations and exceptions, as contained in the
<br />Original Patent from the United States of America, recorded
<br />in Book 6, Page 86, covering subject propertY•
<br />2. All county or state roads or highways, streets, alleys,
<br />sidewalks, utilities, power, uater and telephone lines,
<br />water rights, ditches, rights of way and easements with
<br />respect thereto, parks, greenbelt areas, restrictive and
<br />protective covenants.
<br />3. All coal, oil, gas and other mineral interests. leases,
<br />assignments, easements, and the rights of way with respect
<br />thereto.
<br />And the said party of the first part, for itself and its successors,
<br />covenants and agrees to and with the said parties of the second part.
<br />the survivor of them. their assigns and the heirs and assigns of such
<br />survivor, the above bargained premises in the quiet and peaceable
<br />possession of the said parties of the second Dart. the survivor of
<br />them, their assigns and the heirs and assigns of such survivor,
<br />against all and every person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim
<br />the whole or any part thereof, by through or under the said party of
<br />the first part, and CF6I Steel Corporation, to WARRANT AND FOREVER
<br />DEFEND.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said party of the first part has caused its
<br />corporate name to be hereunto subscribed by its President, and its
<br />corporate seal to be hereunto affixed. attested by its Assistant
<br />Secretary, the day and year first above written.
