<br />THIS DEED, Made this 4th day of June, 1987, between EVERGREEN LANG ANO
<br />RESOURCE COMPANY, a corporation duly organized and existing under and
<br />by virtue of the laws of the State of Delaware of the first Part, and
<br />WILLIAM T. DAVIS and LUCY GLORIA DAMS. Husband and Wife, as Joint
<br />Tenants and not as Tenants in Common, whose legal address is 1390 Ash
<br />Street, Denver, Colorado 80220, of the County of Denver and State of
<br />Colorado, of the second part;
<br />WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in consid-
<br />eration of the sum of Ten Dollars 010.00) And Other Good and Valuable
<br />Consideration, to the said party of the first part in hand paid by the
<br />said parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
<br />confessed and acknowledged, has granted. bargained, sold and conveyed
<br />and by these presents does grant, bargain. sell, convey and confirm
<br />unto the said parties of the second part, not in tenancy in common but
<br />in Joint tenancy, the survivor of them, their assigns and the heirs
<br />and assigns of such survivor forever, the following described
<br />property. situate, lying and being in the County of Las Animas and the
<br />State of Colorado, to-wit:

<br />The east 33 acres of the SEI/4NE1/4 Section 30, Township
<br />33 South, Range 63 Wast of the 6th P.M., according to
<br />the Decree of Partition recorded January 31, 1895, in
<br />Book 84, Page 237, more fully described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a marked rock the 1!4 corner between
<br />Sections 29 and 30, Township 33 South, Range 63 West,
<br />thence west along the South boundary line of the North
<br />East quarter <NE1/4) of Section Thirty (30> the distance
<br />of Ten Hundred and Seventy-five (1075) feet to a points
<br />thence north and parallel with the East boundary line of
<br />said NE1/4 Thirteen Hundred and Thirty-Seven and Five
<br />Tenths (1337.5) feet to the North boundary line of the
<br />SE1/4 of the NE1/4 Section 301 thence east along the
<br />said North boundary of SE1/4 of NE1/4 Ten Hundred and
<br />Seventy-Five (1075) feet to the East boundary line of
<br />said NE1/4 Section 30; thence South on East boundary
<br />line of said NE1/4 Section 30, Thirteen Hundred and
<br />Thirty-Seven and Five Tenths (1337.5) feet to the place
<br />of beginning. being Thirty-Three (33) acres off the east
<br />end of said S1/2 of NE1/4 of Section 30 and designated
<br />on the plat hereinafter set out as Lot No. 1.

<br />May 20. 1987, and recorded May 21, 2987, in Book 852, Pages 344-345,
<br />Reception No. 573662, of the Las Animas County records.
<br />Together with all easements and rights-of-way appurtenant thereto, all
<br />improvements thereon and all fixtures of a permanent nature currently
<br />on the premises except as hereinafter provided. in their present
<br />condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
<br />Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, the reversion and
<br />reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits
<br />thereof; and all the estate, right, title. interest, claim and demand
<br />whatsoever of the said party of the first part, either in law or
<br />equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises. with the
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances.
