Activities include unloading of material, <br />hauling, disposrl at the mine, and road maintenance. <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY <br />• CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL ACT C.R.S. (25-7-101) et seal, TO THOSE <br />GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS DOCUMENT AND THE <br />FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. The fugitive paniculate emission control measures listed on theattached page las proposed in the Fugitive <br />Particulate Emi::sian Control Plan submitted to the Division) shall be applied to the fugitive particulate <br />producing sources as required by Regulation No. 1. <br />2. Emissions of particulate matter shall not exceed either of the following limitations, based on the Division's <br />preliminary analysis, and information supplied by the applicant. <br />Particulate Emissions: 61.1 Ibs/hour and 77.0 tons/hour. <br />3. This source shall be limited to a maximum ash disposal rate of 5250 ton/day and 550,000 ton/year, and <br />all other activiti~as, operational rates, and numbers of equipment as stated in the original application. <br />4. Monthly records of ash consumption shali be maintained 6y the appiicantand made available to the Divisim <br />for inspection upon request. <br />5. This permit is issued for fugitive particulate emissions only.
