• 2.05.4(21 (d) Topsoil Redistribution <br />Asa pre-law mine, no topsoil was ever salvaged from [he original mining operation. In <br />the fall of 1992, all areas [o be re-vegetated were covered with a minimum of 6 inches <br />of topsoil which was imported into the site at substantial cost to Sunland. This was <br />done for both the yard area and the reclaimed bench. The permit did no[ require <br />importing of topsoil for the bench area.
