E%HIBIT E (Cont'd)
1
All refuse will be disposed of by hauling it away or by
'
burying it in the backfill areas so that unsightliness and
' deleterious effects will be controlled.
Overburden and soil removal and storage are discussed in
' Exhibit D and previously in this exhibit.
The operator's intention is to minimize disturbances to the
1
prevailing hydrologic balance of the affected land and of the
' surrounding area and to the quality and quantity of water in
surface and ground water systems during and after reclamation.
' Robinson Brick and Tile Company believes it is in compliance with
federal and state laws and regulations governing water and water
rights. There is no application of the dredge law or siltation
' structure removal requirement. (See Exhibit G for further
details on water.)
Lands off the site of the project will not be affected in
any foreseeable way by slides, runoff or functions of the mining
' and reclamation operations.
' All land area of the affected land will be stabilized through
revegetation and grading to control erosion and air and water
' pollution.
The operator believes the reclamation plan will have no
' significant impact on remaining wildlife (see Exhibit H).

1

- 19 -
