Initial project <br />located near Paonia, Colorado. <br />• <br />THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT OR ACTIVITY SUBJECT TO TNIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Cedarapids Model 8828-ADM Asphalt Plant Cedarapids Model AV-88 Venturi Scrubber <br />& Associated Cyclonic Mist Eliminator <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COLORADO AIR <br />POLLUTION CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR POLLUTION CONTROL ,4CT (25-7- <br />101 et sec.), TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE <br />SIDE OF THIS DOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. That the emission rate of particulate matter does not exceed <br />0.04 gr.Jdscf., nor greater than 20% opacity. <br />2. That a pressure differential of 15 inches (W.C.) be maintained <br />across the throat of the venturi scrubber at all times. <br />3.
