• ~nks and Gesso, LLC <br />EXHIBIT M -OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES <br />Colorado State Historical Preservation Office <br />A search of the Colorado Cultural Resource Inventory in May, 2001 indicated that <br />there are no cultural resources listed on the State Register of Historic Places <br />within the project area. A letter confirming this finding from the Colorado <br />Historical Society is presented as Appendix D of these application materials. <br />Significant historical or archaeological sites that might be encountered during <br />land-disturbing activities shall be preserved and/or recorded, if warranted by the <br />Colorado Historical Society, Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation. <br />This Office will be notified of any apparent significant cultural resources <br />encountered during land-disturbing activities. <br />Colorado Division of Water Rights <br />Construction water for this project will be obtained from the South Adams County <br />Water and Sanitation District via a hydrant permit. Communication from the <br />District indicating the availability of hydrants for this use is presented as <br />Appendix E of these application materials. <br />Approval of a Temporary Substitute Supply Plan by the State Engineer's Office, <br />to assure replacement of any out-of-priority depletions of ground water during <br />mining and reclamation activity, is being sought concurrently with approval of a <br />mining permit.
