Exploration Plan
Dear Mr. Hernandez:
1 am responding to your Notification of Incompleteness dated June 14, 2007. Please
find below Western Fuels' categorical response to your inquiries:
1. Regulation 2.02.2(2)(b). Name, address and telephone number of the
representative who will be present at and responsible for conducting exploration
activities.
Depending upon the work schedule, one of the following Western Fuels'
employees will be present at the exploration activities.

2. Regulation 2.02.2(2)(c). A map at a scale of 1 inch equals 1000 feet locating all
drill hole access roads and drill holes.
Please find attached the reguired map. We have revised the exploration program.
The program now includes twenty seven (27) drill holes. We have so far received
right to enter for twenty two (22) holes. The attached map shows the location of
these holes. Separate symbols have been used to identify the twenty two (22) holes
for which we have rights to enter and ftve holes for which the rights of entry are
pending. Table 1 submitted with the original NOI application has been revised to
include these holes under the exploration program. With this letter we request
